Beetroot soup recipe

Ingredients:
  • Tomato – 1
  • Beetroot – 2
  • Cornstarch – 1 &1/2 Tsp
  • Water – As Required
  • Jeera Powder – 1 Tsp
  • Fresh ‘N’ Fabulous moringa powder-1 Tsp
  • Olive Oil – 2 Tsp

Steps:

1.

Firstly, peel the beetroots and bring a tomato and beetroots, to a boil until they turn soft. Also, keep the water aside.

Secondly, add them to a blender and blend well to form a fine paste adding the water which was used to boil the vegetables.


3.

Thirdly, on a medium flame place a pan, add olive oil and jeera powder and saute for a minute.


4.

Now, add the beetroot puree, black pepper, moringa leaves powder, cornstarch and cook for a while.


5.

Finally, add some lemon to it for some taste and pour it into a soup bowl. Serve hot.
