- 2- pods crushed cardamom
- 2 cups low-fat chilled milk
- 3-4 leaves of Fresh ‘N’ Fabulous stevia
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger

Steps:

Combine cardamom, and ginger in a mixer, and then blend it well.

Next, add 3-4 stevia leaves in the milk and boil.
Once it is boiled, seive the milk.
